If saving Libyan lives is Obama's goal, then why is Obama not invading Libya now?

We are hear about the ongoing atrocities in Libya, so why is Obama holding back on an invasion? If this is about oil, then why is Obama lying to America with his stories about saving Libyan lives? When will someone tell Obama (again) that he is a liar....Are you not fed up with this lying President?
