San Diego circumcision ban up for vote?

I have one a few questions; isn't abortion legal in San Diego? Doesn't anyone find that a wee bit contradictory? I mean, you can cut a baby out it's womb but it's considered barbaric to cut off a foreskin? If a doctor cuts the foreskin off an aborted baby, will the doctor be arrested? It just seems like religious discrimination to me, to keep the Jews and Muslims out of San Diego. What if parents take their kid to another county or state and have their kid circumcised, will they be arrested? Will parents with children who are already circumcised be allowed to move to San Diego? Will the police do periodic penis checks on baby boys to see if they have had illegal circumcisions? The whole thing just seems ridiculous to me.
