9-11 truth theories and recent murder of Bin Laden?

If 9-11 was supposedly caused by the republican Bush administration, then how is it that the democrat Obama administration recently found and murdered Osama Bin Laden, the apparent leader of the 9-11 atrocities? I'm not saying I don't believe the 9-11 truth theories, but this really seems to have thrown a wrench in the theory that a republican administration caused it if a democrat administration is continuing it...you know what I mean??
