John Stuart Mill and his take on Monsanto?

Sorry, I don't see how the atrocities committed by Monsanto relate to John Stuart Mill's happiness principle. However, it could be an argued that Monsanto is maximizing the greatest good to the most number of people (happiness principle) by means of genetically modified food seeds. I think that John Stuart Mill would be very angry that a multinational corporation is allowed to propagate untested genetic technology, unregulated by the FDA, the CDC or any regulatory agency in the United States.
