Does any one know the best way to sell my star Trek collection?

Ebay or Craigslist will probably give you more potential buyers - or a Star Trek collector's site - but remember to WEIGH the package(s) before setting a price for shipping & handling as buyers don't like to be told that the seller is going to want MORE money because it turns out shipping is more expensive than they thought it would be.
